Interview Nicolas Florin, manager of the Multiburo Paris Gare Saint-Lazare center
- Can you tell us about the start of a Multiburo in a train station?
NF : First of all we’re very pleased to open the first center, with coworking, office and meeting spaces, in the heart of the train station of St Lazare and a blooming district. Multiburo Gare St Lazare will be our 11th Parisian center and our 2nd center in a train station next to the Multiburo Paris Gare de Lyon, which opened in 2004. Thanks to our successful partnership with SNCF for this center, we have been able to settle in the first historic train station of Paris!
This exceptional location has enabled us to be present in one of the most important neighborhoods of the capital and therefor easily accessible from the East suburb just like all the other Parisian districts. And 2 marvelous practical entrances to visit us: one of them located at the square in front of the train station and another at the shopping gallery in order to get your train in just one minute!
- Tell us some more about this new Multiburo.
Multiburo Gare St. Lazare is more than 2200m² of work places divided over 2 floors, offering view on the Havre courtyard and the Amsterdam street. Of course, it corresponds to the latest security standards and is ERP ranked for its offices as well as for its meeting rooms.
We made serenity and comfort our priority thanks to ergonomic furniture, spaces bathing in natural light and the application of the latest technologies.
More concretely, we have 60 completely furnished and ready to use offices to offer, a coworking space for 30 people and 18 meeting and creative rooms. The center offers furthermore a multitude of work places: a private office space, flexible offices and coworking spaces for teleworkers or nomads.
Multiburo Gare St. Lazare will also be the ideal place to organise conferences, networking events and moments of recreation particularly taken well care of.
