Multiburo Brussels Sablon Tower from the inside

18 Apr 2019

The work is completed and Multiburo is ready to show you its latest address in the heart of the famous Sablon district, right in the centre of Brussels.

Andrea Monne, Head of Multiburo Tour Sablon, reveals the main assets of these modern and brand new spaces with a stunning view of all Brussels.

The Sablon is an emblematic district of Brussels. What are the advantages of working there?

« They are numerous! The Sablon is closed to the Central Station, the Gare du Midi and all the amenities. So it’s very easy to access and very fast. It is an atypical neighbourhood, characterized by its beautiful façades, antique shops and chocolate makers. Every Thursday evening, a gourmet market is organized and the people of the neighborhood meet there to taste handicrafts. In short, it is very lively and pleasant whether during the day or in the evening. The Sablon is a symbol of quality and elegance! »

Indeed, it is a hyper accessible area where it is good to live and good to work. Multiburo spaces take up this spirit, I think. Isn’t it?

« People who visit Multiburo Sablon Tower are usually immediately seduced by the stunning view of the city from the 12th, 13th and 14th floors, no need for long speeches. Our spaces have been completely renovated and decorated by the Captif architect’s office. The desing is contemporary and makes a great contribution to the city of Brussels. We have recreated the atmosphere of the Sablon in the different spaces. That is so amazing! »

If the main strengths of Multiburo were to be retained, what would they be?

« It is above all the relationship of trust, the quality of service, the attention paid to our customers and an active listening to their needs. Our team of 3 people is on site every day to support customers in their development. We regularly organize conferences and events to encourage meetings and exchanges between companies and create an emulation.

The quality of our spaces also, modern and all comforts, which have been entirely designed to meet the needs of our guests' diversities: break spaces, privacy zones, relaxation area, meeting rooms, etc. Whatever the task is during the day, we provide them with adequate spaces.

Finally, choosing Multiburo also means benefiting from a network of 26 addresses in Belgium, France and Switzerland and being able to work in all the Multiburos.”
