COVID-19 - Multiburo ensures the continuity of your services

Dear Multiburo Member(s),

Customer care has always been very important for the Multiburo team. It remains so, of course, at this critical time in the evolution of the Covid-19 virus epidemic.

The strong activity limitation plan put in place by the Government is leading us to take certain measures to ensure you a maximum quality and level of service during the coming weeks.

▪️ Our Multiburo spaces remain open, with secure access only for Multiburo members with a badge or access code. Our meeting rooms are no longer open.

▪️ Our reception services are digitalized and provided remotely. Our teams are teleworking but ensure a daily or weekly permanence according to the Multiburo locations. Telephone calls are handled daily, transparently, thanks to a remote solution.

▪️ We manage our members' mail on a weekly basis, as long as the postal services remain guaranteed.

▪️ Our Area Managers remain available for any questions.
