“The work we undertook wasn’t about communication, but really about identity. What we were interested in was revealing a truth, a reality”, asserts Antoine Fraisse, director of Design Rendez-vous, the agency in charge of the project.
The project was done in the field, in close contact with the teams and clients. “We listened to them. We heard how they felt. We wanted to make the level of caring from the Multiburo teams more readable and more visible”, continued Antoine Fraisse.

As a result, all of the brand’s style markers have changed: the decoration elements and the reception, the messages addressed to our different audiences and even the booklets offered to our clients. The common thread? Updated colours, an elegant and high-quality style, all while keeping things simple.
